Important Health Tips

# Answer cellphone by left ear

# Don't take vitamins with cold water

# No cold drinks with fatty food

# Don't have huge meals after 5pm

# Drink more water at morning, less at night

# Best sleeping tim is from 10pm - 4am

# Don't lie down right after taking medicine

# When power is down to last bar,don't answer the cellphone as radiation is 1000 x stronger
